Jansen is a Realtor Associate with Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty, servicing Greenville, SC and the surrounding Upstate. With a passion for working directly with people, Jansen brings a wealth of experience and expertise to ensure his clients receive the highest level of customer service.
With an impressive track record, Jansen has successfully completed nearly 100 transactions, totaling over $25 million in real estate sales. His commitment to delivering exceptional results and his meticulous attention to detail have earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor in the industry.
Born in Seattle and relocating to the Greenville area in 1993, Jansen's career journey led him to sales roles at Fortune 500 companies such as UPS and Grainger. During this time, he gained invaluable training and experience in negotiation and problem-solving in the business world.
In 2016, Jansen entered the real estate industry as a new home sales associate for a national builder in Greenville. This experience taught him the importance of understanding and balancing a customer's needs and wants, recommending the right home and neighborhood to fit their lifestyle. Since 2018, Jansen has expanded his expertise to general real estate, assisting clients in buying and selling various types of homes.
Having helped numerous clients in the Upstate area of South Carolina, Jansen has built lifelong friendships along the way. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Paloma, and their two children, Sofia and Sebastian. They cherish traveling back to Puerto Rico, Paloma's hometown, to visit family and friends. Jansen is also an active member of the Greenville Griffins Rugby Club since 2012, showcasing his dedication both on and off the field. When he's not working or spending time with his family, Jansen enjoys staying active and playing golf.
