Simpsonville

Recent downtown revitalization has made Simpsonville not just a place to live but also an entertainment destination.

Simpsonville At a Glance

Simpsonville, with its convenient access to the interstate, offers residents an easy commute to major employers and Downtown Greenville, all within a 30-minute drive. This accessibility, coupled with the presence of major big box retailers, restaurants, and other amenities, has made Simpsonville a highly sought-after location in the Greenville area.

The city has experienced remarkable growth, with a population increase of over 100% population growth since 2000 with 15% of that coming since 2020. This growth has positioned Simpsonville as one of the most desirable destinations for individuals and families looking to relocate within the state.

Despite its rapid expansion, Simpsonville has managed to retain its small-town charm.   If you're interested in the Simpsonville real estate market please reach out to Jansen.
